We are looking for IT Business Analyst in Controlling to be part of our Finance, Control and Legal Department.Position SnapshotType of Contract: Permanent.Stream: IT Finance & Control and Legal.Type of work: Hybrid.Work Language: Fluent Business English.The roleThe Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and build an integrated technology solution and services to the finance community, aiming to create tangible business value.What you'll doWork closely with Finance controllers in the market to identify and promote adequate solutions in Advanced Analytics.Support on architecture discussions to provide the appropriate business analytics, business intelligence and visualization, data management, data mining, data modeling.Gather requirements to build analytic solutions and interfaces with cloud solutions.Create end user documentation for the analytical solutions built and participate in end user training.Understand business goals and requirements, design and develop analytic approaches tailored to stakeholder needs.Work with third party teams to set up cloud solutions in Controlling and Financial Closing (PEC).We offer youWe offer more than just a job. Preferably economics, mathematics, statistics, or business. Also, knowledge on Agile and Scrum methodologies.• Experience in digital finance analytics, big data and data interfaces, planning solutions, predictive analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, etc.• 8+ years of experience on SAP solutions in Business Warehouse or in Controlling such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis.• Solid experience in Management Accounting and accounting principles as well as ability to drive business discussions in this area gathering business requirements from stakeholders and writing documentation (Functional and Technical).• Ability to write clear and concise presentations to stakeholders summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications.Bonus Points If You:• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, Tableau.• Good understanding of SQL databases and Multi-dimensional databases (OLAP).About the IT HubAt Nestlé IT, we are a diverse, global team of IT professionals in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company in the world.
