Let's get in touchWhat you'll be doing Supporting the integration of new business initiatives into a finance ecosystemTranslating business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements used by engineers to build finance applicationsDocumenting end-to-end delivery processes of new applications/features into playbooks to maximise repeatability and scalabilityBuilding solid relationships with product teamsPerforming gap analysis to identify root causes and escalate issues and risks to appropriate partiesLiaising with stakeholders and team members across various locations and time zonesWhat you'll need A solid understanding of all stages of change programme life cycle, from initiation and design to post-implementationExtensive project change/business analysis experience (with exposure to both tactical and strategic solutions)Impressive data analysis skills (intermediate SQL) with the ability to write queries for data analysis, interrogation, and report designA detailed understanding of banking IT systems, including trade/transaction processing workflows, from booking to GL entriesThe ability to work independently with minimal need for guidance/supervisionBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough
