We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that business analysis activities align with the IT's quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Best Practice Implementation: Ensure IT uses best practices to understand and analyze business challenges and opportunities, enabling TKE to achieve strategic goals while ensuring customer-centric design principles are followed. Support Process Changes: Support discovery, concept, design and implementation phases of IT processes changes, working closely with IT stakeholders to define objectives.
Provide clear recommendations for strategic decisions. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of end-to-end business processes, requirements, and solutions.
Ensure all product and project-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all business analysis deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with IT's standards.
Develop metrics for measuring the performance of IT business analysis processes and use data to drive continuous improvement. Business Analysis Review and Support: Implement business analysis quality review and support data-driven decision-making. Quantitative Measurements: Support quantitative measurements to track the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, including cycle time, benefits realization, and process output. Persona Development: Develop and maintain detailed personas that represent different user groups within the organization.
Use these personas to tailor business analysis activities and ensure that solutions meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders. Manage Digital Experience, Product Design and Development resources: Lead resources in the areas of UX, development and transformation to ensure successful delivery of IT projects. Support major projects business analysis activities: Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate needs and objectives for major projects. Value Stream Mapping: Conduct value stream mapping to visualize and analyze the flow of information and materials through business processes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall value delivery to the organization. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement process improvements and track their impact. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Solution Design: Work closely with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and enhance system capabilities. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and senior management.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools.
Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate adoption and proficiency. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analysis Manager or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.
