Business Analysis It System-It

Key responsibilities:

Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users;
Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;
Profile:
Bachelor degree or above, fluent English and Chinese speaking, Spanish is a plus.
Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills.
Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
