We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Professional with a strong financial background to join our Grid Software (GSW) Business Unit. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and control, as well as a strong ability to support various business administration activities.What will be your role?Financial Sales Management: Serve as the financial sales lead for the GSW BU, collaborating closely with the Financial Management team to drive financial performance and meet business objectives.Contract Analysis and Management: Review, analyze, and verify the content of supplier and customer contracts to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. Manage and standardize contract processes to ensure consistent and efficient contract administration across the business unit.Business Administration and Financial Advisory: Provide expert advice to the Business Unit (BU) or Business Area (BA) Management on financial and business administration matters. Propose and implement measures to improve financial performance and ensure effective business administration.Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures within the GSW BU. Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and industry best practices in all financial and business administration processes.Financial Planning, Analysis, and Control: Conduct financial analysis, planning, and control activities to support the strategic goals of the GSW BU. Consolidate and report on all financial operations, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting and Balance Sheet management.Treasury and Tax Management: Support effective treasury management, including optimizing the capital financing structure and ensuring tax compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage cash flow, financial risks, and tax obligations effectively.Commercial Project Manager: Keep the projects on budget, within the Siemens guidelines and customer satisfaction but also continually looking at improving projects profitability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in financial management, business administration, or a similar role, preferably within a project-based or software sales environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.Excellent understanding of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures.Experience with contract management, including analyzing and ensuring compliance with contracts.Experience in projects as a Commercial Project Manager.Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting consolidation (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).Familiarity with treasury management and tax compliance processes.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.High level of English.Preferred Skills:Experience in the software industry, particularly with different business models related to software sales.Knowledge of Siemens' financial systems and processes.Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel).What makes us proud as an employer:Top Companies to work in 2023 (by LinkedIn)World's Best Employer 2023 - 1st place in the Engineering and Production category (by Forbes)Among the most attractive companies to work in 2023 (ranking of Universum)Company with the best reputation in the Technological/Industrial sector in 2023 (according to the Merco Empresas study)Siemens is committed to equal opportunities for people of all genders, as well as diversity as a source of creativity and innovation.
