.About the roleLVFS are seeking a confident and experienced Account Manager/Sales Specialist. You will be working on a panel of accounts of Financial Advice Intermediaries, within a sales territory to bring new business income and retain profitable business into the LV= Savings and Retirement business.This role works alongside a Business Development Manager to acquire and maintain business for LV=. This is achieved by being technically competent and highly knowledgeable in our chosen market segments, with the ability to present and position the LV= Savings and Retirement proposition to intermediaries whilst delivering the correct customer outcome at all times.Working from home you will demonstrate motivation and prior sales experience in Savings and Retirement products (Pensions & Investments experience is essential).About youGood level of knowledge in LV= product knowledge and awareness of our overall retirement proposition, including services and technical support.Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting to teams over the telephone and via video conferencing.An ability to apply technical knowledge to adviser client scenarios.Strong Market and competitor knowledge.Personal attributes to include: excellent communication skills; professional personal presentation; the ability to listen, and have empathy with customer needs, numeracy and literacy, including the ability to write fluently.Excellent capability in the use of computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and appropriate CRM systems.Self-motivation, planning and organisational skills & enthusiasm and reliability.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.QCF Level 4 qualified or Certificate in Equity Release within 2 years of starting the role.Understanding of the financial drivers and metrics, and how their individual, account and team goals relate to them.DetailsDeliver to and exceed targeted business volumes and business mix from firms within your territory or panel.Work alongside Business Development Manager to achieve the territory or panel target, input into business planning and the review of financial objectives.Deliver to and exceed business objectives and KPIs including call volumes, quotations, applications and business retention.Maintain consistent and increased levels of support from existing supporting advisers and firms, using communication strategies such as telephone calls, WebEx and other video conferencing functionality to present to advisers the LV= proposition.Increase the number of supporting advisers at firm & panel level within your territory.Maintain and develop knowledge of:The LV= Savings & Retirement proposition as a whole.Competitor product offerings and our competitive positioning.Technical and Sales skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency
