We are looking for a Business Account Manager to work with a panel of Independent Financial Advisor Firms (IFA's). You'll develop business growth and generate profitable revenue for LV= by arranging a high volume of telephone appointments for your panel, working in partnership with our field-based Business Development Managers. You will influence and increase sales of our broad Savings and Retirement Product suite, in particular our Smoothed Managed Fund Range across multiple tax wrappers. These include: Personal Pension, Smooth Managed Funds, Investment Bond, Fixed Term Annuity, and Drawdown.

Being an LV= brand ambassador, you'll promote and influence your panel, ensuring the right customer outcome is provided from our LV= Retirement Solutions Products and continue to build on our strong position within the IFA marketplace. Whilst working to agreed quality sales targets, you'll also keep on top of the newly developing pension and investment markets, provide accurate management information to help shape and influence our future business plan, and ensure all activities are compliant within the regulatory guidelines. We offer flexible working in this team, so we're happy for you to be home-based.

About You:You'll have Financial Services intermediary sales experience working with IFA's and knowledge of pensions including the pre/post retirement market, with a successful track record of achievement in your current role. You'll be familiar with promoting, influencing, and increasing knowledge of a broad range of financial solutions, and it goes without saying that you have a strong moral sales culture about you.

This role would also be suitable for someone currently working as a Paraplanner looking to progress their career. You will organise and manage your own workload whilst having the support of the Pensions Sales team. You'll be highly motivated, ambitious, and self-driven to quickly build credibility and business within your panel. You'll also have the energy, passion, and enthusiasm to match ours. Above all, you'll demonstrate an excellent ability to build relationships paired with strong sales negotiation and influencing skills.
