We're looking for a motivated and driven Bus Partner (Business Development) Manager (M/F/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks - Paint the world green:You are the point of contact for our bus partners regarding all business, financial and operational day-to-day business in Spain.You manage the planning, preparation, acquisition, and implementation of bus partner relationships including coordinating requirements and drawing up contracts.You support the Bus Partners you manage in all relevant matters, constantly optimizing the quality standards to ensure a high-level travel experience.You work closely with them to ensure alignment at all levels regarding profitability and quality (SLAs).You monitor and provide the bus partners with feedback around line performance.You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Spain that will turn into a long-lasting success.Your Profile - Ready to hop on board:Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Economics, Transportation or other related fields of study.3-5 years in Spain in relevant positions in Procurement, Account Management and/or B2B Business Development, at least 1 year working with/for Transportation/mobility Companies.Solid analytical skills and usage of Excel.You have strong negotiation skills, operational agility and a solution-driven mindset.You are proactive, reliable, flexible and have a strong focus on achievement.Full of ambition, you have the necessary entrepreneurial (start-up) spirit drive to grow FlixBus with us.Native in Spanish and very fluent in English.Our Perks - More than just a job:You have an impact.
