Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Technical Consultant I, Buildings & Master PlanningRole Context:We are seeking a creative master planner with around 3-7 years' experience who has a passion for developing their architectural master planning skills within an industrial context. As an industrial master planner, you will contribute to developing the next generation of lower carbon industrial projects worldwide, bringing together sustainable design principles, smart city technology integration and world class user experiences to create amazing places to work.You will support senior master planners and project managers in the ideation and project creation process to ensure our customers and people receive cutting edge development strategy and spatial planning across industrial-related facilities located within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.You will ideally have experience in development infrastructure and master planning having contributed towards architectural delivery of complex development projects across EMEA. Industrial master planning experience is highly beneficial and advantageous.This is a diverse role with great opportunity to develop leadership skills and be entrepreneurial to innovate and apply new master planning techniques with our customers and people.You'll be:- Collaborate in a global master planning network with the combined goal to support and grow the industrial master planning service offer across all regions.- Report to the Master Planning Practice Lead for EMEA, based in London, UK.- Contribute towards the preparation and delivery of strategic industrial master plans, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, due diligence and client-side technical advisor roles for various low carbon industries
