Consolidate opportunity studies (scope, costs and schedule).
Ensure the optimization of the specifications by challenging and consolidating the needs.

Deliver a Basic Design file (detailed design).
Follow, validate, and receive outsourced services.
Be the guarantor of the follow-up of evolutions by instructing the requests for modifications.
Transmit an estimate and a consolidated schedule, and provide an updated risk analysis.
Pilot the construction of the buildings and utilities in respect of commitments regarding costs, delays, quality:

Ensure compliance with site safety rules.
Ensure the quality of the works carried out, the schedule, and the budget.
Pilot the contracts of the Companies in collaboration with the purchases.
Ensure compliance of infrastructures for process teams.
Manage Customer modifications and External Company complaints.
Ensure the organization of the procedures for commissioning and the reception of works and equipment.
Draw up the end-of-case report, present the end-of-project analysis, and capitalize on the transaction. Archive all documents.

Ensure continuous progress in the business (technical specifications, tools, and calculation notes).
