It is an exciting time to be part of a local fast pace growing design community within a bigger globally distributed team, working on IP products and infusing change in the organization!The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our users across multiple platforms of IPMS/PAMS. he ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments- Bachelor's or master's degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design or equivalent.- 1-2 years of experience in user experience design with portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Axure.- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.It would be great if you also have. .- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.What will you be doing in this role?- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to create and deliver user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.- Conduct data-based user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.- Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the development of product roadmaps and feature sets.- Comfortable operating in a virtual design center of excellence where you share your work, are open to feedback and contribute back to the community to help grow the team expertise.About the TeamYou'll be joining a UX/UI Global team with 30 people colleagues across the globe, working on a hybrid model from Barcelona Office and being part of a local fast pace growing design community, working on new products, and infusing change in the organization.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent position, primarily working business hours in CET time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 3 days a week.What we can offer- 30 working days of vacation- Volunteering community, with 40 paid hours of volunteering time- Private Health and Life & Disability insurances
