.Supply Chain Process Excellence Team LeaderApply locations Madrid, SpainTime type: Full timePosted on: Posted 2 Days AgoJob requisition id: R0028686Job Category:Supply Chain & LogisticsJob Family:Supply ChainJob Description:The Supply Chain Process Excellence Team Leader will lead cross-functional and cross-country projects in lean management and system transformation across the supply chain in Europe.Role & Responsibilities:- Support the design, testing and implementation of new systems and upgrades, including the update of the system documentation and training materials.- Provide functional expertise and 1st level support for end users.- Develop, implement and track performance metrics and KPIs.- Standardize and enhance existing systems, processes and reporting.- Promote and implement lean management for cost reduction and inventory optimization.Key Ingredients:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or related field. Master's Degree highly appreciated or MBA.- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Business Planning, ERP/MRP implementation, Project management, Change management, Cross-culture and countries experience, FMCG (preferred).- English and Spanish fluency are required.
