The Director, Product Marketing will be an expert in understanding our customer and market and build stories to help us engage current and future customers for long-term success, all while creating demand in the market and differentiating us from the competition. The Director, Product Marketing's impact will touch all parts of the company and help us fuel our growth as the market leader in this space. The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for driving the success of Diligent's core Boards product lines in the global market, across personas and verticals, supporting multiple brands in market. The Director owns revenue targets, acting as a business manager for their product line(s) in partnership with sales and product management. This role includes developing a deep understanding of Diligent's customers and prospects, products and technology, the overall market, key vertical markets and segments, and the competition. Activities will include: Market sizing and opportunity analysis, conducting market and customer research, developing business cases for new solutions, creating product/solution positioning and messaging, creating customer-relevant solutions bundles, developing merchandising strategies, setting pricing and promotions, developing and executing internal and external launch plans, creating demand generation plans to acquire, grow, and keep customers, driving sales and marketing content for the core Boards product lines, and helping shape sales training. The successful candidate will work closely with all other marketing functions, sales, customer success, and product management to accurately position Boards solutions in the marketplace and define go-to-market strategies that will accelerate growth globally.
