.SICK LEAVE - PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEERApplyLocations: AlbaceteTime Type: Full timePosted on: Posted 2 Days AgoTime left to apply: End Date: November 22, 2024 (11 days left to apply)Job Requisition ID: JR10296541Job Description:Manejar y tratar todas las consultas técnicas y eventos, incluida la respuesta a los clientes y la red.Desencadenar y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de Aeronavegabilidad y KPIs (OTD,...).Contribuir a la definición de soluciones técnicas y medidas preventivas y modificaciones y entregarlas a los clientes y la red para problemas relacionados con el servicio.Consolidar y analizar los datos en servicio de los clientes y proporcionar información fundamentada para el diseño, soporte y disponibilidad de la flota.Organizar y gestionar reuniones periódicas de revisión técnica de productos con clientes y partes interesadas para informar sobre el cierre de problemas de mantenibilidad y operatividad y perspectivas futuras.Mission:As part of AHE NH9O Product Support team, this position contributes to provide technical support to in-service NH9O Spanish fleets (as NHI/AHE DPC), as well as worldwide NH9O fleets related to Front Fuselage matters (as AHE SDR).This in-service Technical Support Service (TSS) aims to ensure Continuing Airworthiness and fleet serviceability, bringing solutions to technical problems encountered on in-service aircraft.AHE Product Support organization acts as unique technical communication channel between NH9O Spanish End Users and AHE/NHI (Industry) for all technical queries & events of Spanish NH9O Fleets.Downstream investigation and resolutions are handled and substantiated within the own AHE organization as prime, and/or within NHI TSS organization and their partners.In case of FF topics, AHE acts as SDRC, where Product Support organization handles queries and events from all customers and provides expertise and resolution with the AHE SDR support, if necessary.Key Competencies:Aeronautical Engineer, or similar.
