Manufactured in the USA using first-rate materials, skilled craftspeople, and technical precision.We are currently looking to recruit a Showroom Manager for our prestigious showroom in Madrid.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive the brand and sales forward with retail customers, kitchen dealers, architects, and interior designers.Ensure follow-up with customers and existing leads through phone calls and nurturing relationships.Work with the Area Sales Managers to exchange business leads.Greet customers sincerely and enthusiastically without pressuring or becoming overbearing.Demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to customers who visit the showroom in person.Organise and host demonstration or training events for small groups of dealers, architects, developers, or private individuals.Help customers make informed decisions based on their needs and wants with the best product knowledge.Stay up-to-date with all technology and product information.Maintain high standards of presentation required at all times in the showroom.Track leads and orders.The Successful Candidate:Should have experience working in the interiors/furniture sector.Be a team player.Should have the maturity to take ownership of the role and the flexibility to deal with a variety of daily challenges.Must be adaptable and proactive.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Should be a master communicator and comfortable with face-to-face negotiations.Will be an adept "juggler" and capable of multi-tasking.Should be able to provide a consultative sales approach to our high-net-worth customer base.Be self-motivated and punctual.Be committed to excellence and have high standards of integrity.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Salary:€35,000 OTE, depending on experience and ability.This role requires trust, loyalty, and integrity, which are of paramount importance to both us and our customers.
