In order to carry out this role, we are looking for a hands-on person to perform the function mainly in the stores having recurrent contact with store managers.We're looking for someone who has a mix of operational excellence to get great work done, the negotiation and collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from our stakeholder, the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions, and the emotional intelligence and humility required to lead a fast-paced business and inspire a team of people across different cities.BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:Hands-on mentality working closely with managers directly in the kitchens to correctly identify and solve critical points.Have full P&L responsibility and own business objectives together with Store Managers.Lead and develop a team of 200+ individuals to ensure best quality at our kitchens, specifically the reticular team (RDOs; Maintenance Coord.; Area Trainer; Store Managers).Oversee directly multiple departments and areas of responsibility: People, Finance, Legal, Growth, Operations, Brand, Tech, etc.Hire top talent, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals.Analyze product, operations and financial data to take key decisions for the cluster.Establish and maintain relationships with COO and CEOs.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: Glovo, Uber, JustEat, Kitchen rental spaces, regulators, unions and the government.Get into details, deepdive and problem solve. You will make things happen together with your team.Develop new business opportunities, anticipate issues and improve processes.Balance execution and strategy (zoom in-zoom out)YOU HAVE:3-8 years of experience in fast-paced environments (Glovo/Uber; startups; IB;consultancies; e-commerce) with a passion for being close to the product in our kitchens.Experience leading people cross functional team and have hired/worked with team (ie., principally blue collar).Led negotiations contracts, legal documents, and you're comfortable of building relationships with C-level of other organizations
