General Administrative Support for Sales Team: Assisting with completion and signature of all necessary documents and paperwork with customers, ensuring that all sales paperwork is complete and correctly signed.
Follow up with customers as well as members of the sales team and New Owner Administration teams where needed to ensure sales folders are complete and accurate.
Assist with any other sales-related administrative duties to help the work of the sales team such as schedules, holiday requests, reports, sales collateral, and new owner albums.Critical Tasks and Responsibilities:Administrative support of Sales Team for contract preparations and subsequent signing with customers.Review sales documents with customers.Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.Liaise with Sales leadership team and sales executives regarding the contract paperwork.Obtain additional information required for preparation of contracts and completion of applications and forms.Review sales documents prior to final closing to ensure all information is complete and accurate.Consolidate Sales which includes, but is not limited to, the completion of all relevant Sales documentation.
