.Regional Process Improvement Manager, Country ACES & QualityJob ID: 2807172 | Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U.The Regional ACES Managers are the ACES business partners of OPS Senior Regional Managers, responsible for the whole network of delivery stations in their region. They manage multiple layers of management, organizing and leading business-critical projects focused on reinforcing standard work, replicating best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.The RAM drives operational excellence by leveraging standard work compliance. They sponsor lead kaizen/continuous improvement projects (bottom up) and operational excellence/change management/audit (top down) initiatives to reduce variance between sites and drive network-level improvements, both locally and at the IT level. They ensure their network executes standard work, remove barriers, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve large-scale business problems. They are the owners and the Country ACES interface, working with senior leaders in SLT to agree, prioritize, plan, and coordinate the Country ACES Roadmap, making trade-offs between opportunity and resources.The manager is expected to provide deep expertise in multiple functions, tool and process standards while possessing well-settled management skills and strategic management capabilities.Crucial for the role is the ability to identify opportunities and make a true business impact, interacting and influencing other teams to ensure coordination of efforts and obtain buy-in as needed.Key Job ResponsibilitiesScope, plan, and implement large-scale and long-term strategic programs.Work closely with partner teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and enable solutions implemented at scale.Prioritize and make trade-off decisions balancing customer experience and business value.Manage/influence teams and stakeholders to meet defined milestones and delivery dates.Own reporting on the state of initiatives, measuring improvements and impact of changes.Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns.Set up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections to meet business objectives.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree; prior program/project management experience delivering large-scale and cross-functional programs in support of business goals; in-depth knowledge of AMZL Operational Processes
