They will form close cross-functional relationships with various departments (including Operations, Research, Commercial, Finance, and Tech) forming a crucial bridge between operational processes and technology.Your Role's ImpactThe Product Owner deeply understands what's happening in their stakeholders' teams, from root problems to their symptoms.
