The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Field SAP BD Specialist, you will be responsible for growing adoption, utilization, and revenue for AWS services in a sales region. You will gather customer and industry needs and partner with AWS product teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS solutions. BD Specialists are technically savvy resources responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the AWS product roadmap, and driving revenue for your AWS service(s). As a BD Specialist, you will be the direct business owner for geo-segments, or areas, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will develop and influence GTM strategies and sales plays for new or existing services, and drive customer and partner engagements by participating in AWS field enablement activities.
