This position involves assisting the head of the department, team members and internal clients to ensure legal risks in ING's operations are identified and mitigated.Your key responsibilities:As a Paralegal you will:To support Legal team to ensure that the legal and reputational risks of the relevant area are identified, reported, and mitigated.To process procedural files, organizing relevant information and collecting the means of evidence necessary for the correct defense of the proceedings.To organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of computer applications.To conduct research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys.Preparing and filing documents with courts.Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases.Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.To report relevant data to different areas.To review external counsel's advice and documents.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
