This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Paid Social, and expand your skill set and take on new challenges across the digital landscape, including day-to-day management of paid social campaigns (in platform) and key projects for the Gartner Digital Markets web properties (Software Advice, Capterra and GetApp).
This role will report to the Head of Paid Social.Why you'll want to come to work:- Day to day performance: First and foremost, this role will be focused on driving revenue with a great RoAS across paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including optimizations around bidding, creative, audiences and engagement.- Build & optimize paid social campaigns: Within your first few weeks you'll be responsible for managing several high budgets key accounts using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn ad platforms.- Paid Social Subject Matter: You will be leveraged as the paid social subject matter and you will be one of the main experts about all things Paid Social.- Data driven decision making: Leverage in-house reporting systems and analytical tools to become a master of data driven analysis and optimizations and improve campaign performance.- Global collaboration: You will collaborate globally with our teams in the US and in Europe to report the performance, results, and trends of the Paid Social campaigns on a regular basis.What you'll bring to the team:- 3-5 years of hands-on/tactical experience managing Paid Social campaigns: Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn a must, other social ad platforms (Reddit, Quora) a plus
