Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments (AML and Sanctions, Compliance, Sales, Development etc.)2. Manage incidents across Customer Payments, ensuring these are managed and closed out effectively and in a timely manner3. Uphold, transmit and reinforce company and departmental values4. Monitor limits for Verto Payouts (and other LPs) ensuring exposure remains within appetite5. Support Business Transformation6. Support Design for payment flows in Emerging Markets7. Support Design for new currencies8. Support planning and coordination of the testing of new Products / Currencies / Capabilities9. Support SEPA project10. Support migration to ISO messages, including Testing11. Build trust & gain support from relevant stakeholders12. Develop and Assist MVP (minimum viable product) for new partners prior to Money Flows integration13. Support the delivery of projects and initiatives across the business, ensuring the delivery of objectives and inclusion of any relevant governance without impacting project incentive14. Support the implementation of Audit requests and recommendations15. Payer ID / Ebury IBAN management (Implementation of new Payerid with alternative providers)16. Maintenance of schemes such as Faster payments17. Managing Payment Initiatives and working with Product team to implement18. Support with the ongoing identification and management of risks regarding Payments and the corresponding controlsRequirements:1. University degree2. Working knowledge of desktop based office software such as MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook and other applications3. Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure4. Diligent, with good attention to detail5. Effective research skills with an ability to find solutions independently6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal7.
