As our Marketing Automation Specialist, your main responsibilities include:Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data.Work with automation tools like DBT or Airflow.Develop and maintain dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with the Data team to maintain a relevant data structure.Manage multiple data sources and identify improvements in data tracking and reporting processes.Manage Web & App Analytics tools implementation such as Google Analytics.2+ years of work experience in marketing automation roleExperience with GA4, Adobe or similar.Experience with Excel, SQL, DBT.Experience with modern visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.Extremely detail oriented and proactive.Ability to present complex things in an easily understandable way.Knowledge of GTM is nice to haveFluent in English and Spanish.Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.Additionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, and private health insurance with Cobee.Hybrid work model.
