The opportunity will be to help shape a unique and professional environment with fantastic career opportunities.Expertise required:-- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Credit risk Management Consulting or banking and financial services industry- 2 years experience of climate risk and sustainability in banking and financial services with ESG projects related to:oIntegration of ESG in strategy, bank steering, credit process and risk managementoClimate Risk Stress TestingoCalculation of emissions (PACTA)oDevelopment of Decarbonization targets (SBTi / PACTA)oPreparation of regulatory disclosure (Pillar 3) or non-financial reportingKnowledge of current regulatory requirements relating to ESG (in particular ECB Guide on Climate and Environmental Risk, EU-Taxonomy, NFRD/CSRD, EBA guideline on Pillar 3 reporting - Green Asset Ratio) as well as other frameworks (TCFD, ISSB, Sustainable Finance)Quantitative background with strong analytical skills and an interest in quantitative topicsProficiency in Excel; nice-to-have: R, Python and knowledge of their uses in the work environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamAbility to work independently and to quickly familiarise with new topics, understand, structure and derive innovative solutionsFluent in English and Spanish (incl. the ability to write professional reports) openess to travelIf this sounds like the role for you then please apply today!Alternatively, you can refer a friend or colleague by taking part in our fantastic referral schemes!
