This includes preparing and conducting project interviews to better understand the client's needs.Track and report: You'll track KPIs and report them accurately to the customer project team, ensuring clear, actionable insights.Document and deliver: You will create important customer and project deliverables, such as project notes, guides, and training material.Here's how you'll continuously be making an impact: All of our projects share a common transformation mission, and once you join a project, you'll be introduced to different extra layers of specialization to add value.
