Moreover, you will be part of digital transformation and participate in the design and implementation of new processes of the HR function in the Group.You will support the cross countries in the Master data of Human Resources and Coordination of personnel planning in alignment with the Corporate HR Controller of the group / local Finance and HR teams.
Moreover, you will collaborate with the HR Controller on the necessary requirements to ensure accuracy in the data management for all the affiliates cross the group, as well as give support on the presentation for key senior stakeholders.At the same time, you would support the implementation of several initiatives as well as Pay register System, Equality Plan implementation or CRS reporting.What you will do:Participate in the design and implementation of the process to gather, collect and maintain the HR Data integrity and tools for the proper reporting and analysis on HR matters.Contribute in the communication of HR metrics culture across the organization and drive the HR data analytics and Budget processes, forecast, etc.Support the communication and training on the HR processes to the HR Community to gather the relevant quality dataLiaise with Finance and HR teams across the European group to optimize processes regarding forecast, reportingAudit and control on accuracy of the local and corporate dataSupport in improving processes on Success Factors to optimize the data related workforce planning, personnel cost and headcountGive support in controlling the group headcount (currently around a thousand of employees), the personnel cost planning and the forecast creation, among other KPI's by carrying out a regular deviation analysis.Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports / scorecard as well as ad-hoc reports from various sources by checking/controlling data before uploading to ERP.Regularly analyze and follow up the potential deviation on any of the HR Metrics.Support in elaborate HR local reports for several projects as Equality Plan implementation, Pay Register Plan, CRS reportingWE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IN YOUR PROFILE:-Student in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics and/or Master's Degree student with the possibility of an internship relation.-Fluent in English-Intermediate level of Excel and very used to working in MS Office.-Previous audit/consulting experience will be an asset-Detail oriented, able to manage different projects at the same time, eager to learn and contribute.
