Head of Product SaaS StartupLocation: Hybrid, BarcelonaJob Overview: We are seeking a Head of Product for our SaaS startup in Barcelona.
This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.Team Leadership: Building and leading a team of product managers, designers, and developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure product success.Product Roadmap: Creating and managing a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization of features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.Market Research: Conducting market research to identify opportunities, understand customer pain points, and stay updated on industry trends.Product Development: Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.Minimum Requirements:Proven prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience in SaaS product development.Experience in leading product development teams and managing the entire product lifecycle.Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and product development practices.Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.Company Overview: We are a growing SaaS startup based in Barcelona with over 40 employees.
