Join us in a highly diverse job in a dynamic and international environment, with lots of opportunities to make an impact!ResponsibilitiesYou will own the Marketing delivery and be responsible for lead generation and conversion in all its facets.Work closely with the Sales and Onboarding team to refine the customer focus and define the marketing strategy for TrekkSoft. Continuously create marketing initiatives that drive lead generation.Be an all-rounder, feeling at home in digital marketing and its many facets (content & copywriting, SEO and PPC, datamining, cold & warm email campaigns, marketing automation, brand and positioning, etc...).Be skilled in planning and coordinating while also being willing to dive in and actively participate in executing most of the marketing initiatives alongside your teammates.Take part in customer communication to deliver value for our customer base.Spend about 20% of your time developing the marketing initiatives for a separate product line of TrekkSoft (under its own branding).Minimum RequirementsMinimum 4-6 years of experience with various roles in digital marketing in a SaaS environment. Experience with B2B marketing is a must.Strong organizational skills. Ability to plan, coordinate and execute larger projects.Experience with setting up the lead conversion funnel, defining and tracking KPIs, and driving initiatives.Strong analytical skills, taking a data-driven approach to derive insights from the funnel.Extensive experience with a CRM such as Hubspot or similar is a must.Ability to work on and coordinate PPC and SEO.Flawless written English and strong communication skills.
