.The Team:The Data science and analytics specialist will be part of the Marketing Analytics and Insight team. This team is part of the marketing operation, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.The Position:The Marketing Data Scientist will be responsible for applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret datasets, driving insights that will shape marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex data into actionable strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionThe Work You'll Do:- Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large and complex marketing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to optimize marketing strategies. Develop and implement predictive models to forecast marketing performance and customer behavior.- Customer Segmentation: Use clustering, classification, and other advanced techniques to segment customers based on their behavior, preferences, and demographics. Develop targeted marketing strategies for each segment to improve campaign effectiveness.- Marketing Attribution: Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models to measure the impact of different marketing channels and campaigns on customer acquisition and retention. Provide insights on the most effective marketing mix.- A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, offers, and strategies. Provide recommendations based on test outcomes.- Machine Learning Applications: Apply machine learning algorithms to solve marketing problems such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value (CLV) estimation, and personalized marketing. Continuously improve models based on new data and feedback.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to understand their goals and challenges. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.- Data Visualization: Present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner through data visualizations, reports, and presentations. Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Tool and Platform Management: Utilize and manage tools and platforms for data analysis, modeling, and visualization (e.G., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Stay current with new tools and technologies in data science and marketing analytics.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science, marketing analytics, and machine learning
