In MRM we are looking for a Social Content Creator with more than 1 year of experience in the role, based in Madrid. It is essential that you are fluent in English (bilingual or native with US English) because the content you will create will be in English. In addition, all communication with clients and teams will be in English. A portfolio of content is a must.
Description:Strategic thinking to propose content plans for different brands and markets, without replicating the same content across all channels.Experience creating social media pieces from scratch or reusing existing materials.High organizational skills to be able to work with diverse pieces and audiovisual resources, brands, channels and interlocutors.Knowledge of social media trends, specifically TikTok, Reels and Twitter, with creativity to propose ideas and be able to execute them.Perfectionist and rigorous in their deliverables.Comfortable going out and talking to camera.Knowledge and experience in setting up a video recording setup for social media videos and experience making videos to showcase products, tutorials.Responsibilities:Propose creative and on-trend ideas to communicate products or brand communications in different channels, formats.Recording videos on camera, voiceover in English in an optimal and careful setup, within the aesthetics of the RRSS.Editing images and videos to create content from scratch or reusing materials. All content will be in English.Impeccable copywriting (in English).Participation in shoots to collect resources and audiovisual materials.Create plan content for different brands, with focus on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.Giving different purposes to the content/resources that have a timeless nature.Definition and elaboration of the brief together with the client to make the request for audiovisual resources for social networks.Creative supervision to ensure that the content complies with the brand guidelines.Research and identify trends to join and make content proposals.Creation and maintenance of a library of social media resources for the brands I work for.Coordination with the different clients involved, partners and with the agency's Social, Accounts and Creative team.Skills:Bilingual English for voice over, audio, copy writing, content creation, communication and document drafting.Demonstrable experience of at least one year in management and production of content for Social Networks, especially videos (TikTok, Reels, Youtube, etc.).Handling of image and video editing tools (Adobe, Capcut).Experience in video production and editing for social media.Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast changing environment.What we offer:Permanent contract.Hybrid model.Flexible schedule.Training plans in our extensive training platform.22 working days of vacation, plus 2 long weekends of your choice, plus 3 days at Easter, plus 3 days at Christmas.
