You will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services, plus ad-hoc support covering staff holidays. The role requires flexibility and a strong orientation towards team results. You will play a key role in ensuring we meet our occupancy and revenue goals as well as our customer satisfaction targets.Responsibilities |Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks.Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators.Analyze current strategies and develop new strategies with leadership.Support Sales Teams operations to implement organizational sales strategies.Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team absences.Respond to customer inquiries related to reservations.Draft rental agreement contracts.Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team.Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.Conduct goal setting for teams and individuals, using data to measure performance.About you |Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Fluent in English.Minimum 2 years experience leading a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Experience managing customer communications (hospitality experience is a plus).Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.Knowledge of the real estate sector is valued.Proficient in Hubspot is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes.Ukio's life benefits |A challenging job at one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.Competitive annual gross salary based on experience.Bonus Scheme.Private Insurance
