You will develop and nurture your relationship with them to grow their commitment towards reforesting the world with Tree-Nation. You will continuously learn and develop better strategies for growing your portfolio and increasing sales from your accounts.What you'll do:Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals for your portfolio.Maintain current commitments while simultaneously upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio, maximizing revenue per account.Minimize the churn of accounts from your portfolio while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.Ensure that profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.Ensure that all aspects of Tree-Nation processes are carried out accurately and on time.Take responsibility for daily monitoring of the flow of orders through our systems, addressing and finding resolutions to issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Identify areas of improvement and constantly follow up on customer feedback.What you'll bring:Full professional fluency in French; English and any other second language is a plus.Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
