Mission of the role: The B2B Digital Media Specialist will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, brand reputation, lead generation, and customer acquisition through a full-funnel approach to digital marketing. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns (both organic and paid) that cover the entire customer journey. Additionally, she/he will analyse marketing data to continuously refine strategies, improve performance, and drive measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaigns Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including PPC, display, social media, online reputation, and retargeting.Multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and position the company as a leader in the EV-charging space.Digital strategies to drive B2B lead generation through organic and paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, content marketing, etc).Optimise digital campaigns to maximise lead quality and conversion rates.Collaborate with the Creative & Content team to create compelling assets (landing pages, blog posts...) that drive engagement and conversions.Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.Manage digital campaigns budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise returns on ad spend. Marketing Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau...) to track and report on campaign performance, lead behaviour, and other key metrics.Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends and actionable insights. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Growth & Digital, Sales, Product, Content, etc.) to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.
