The Content Producer will collaborate closely with design teams, content library personnel, and QA resources to deliver high-quality content that aligns with project briefs. The ideal candidate will have experience in content authoring within digital interfaces, a strong understanding of content governance, and the ability to iterate on feedback to ensure content excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and author content for various digital tactics and channels using Content Management tools.
- Collaborate seamlessly with design teams, content library product owners, and QA resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
- Manage the content production process, ensuring timely publishing and adherence to project timelines.
- Uphold content governance policies by overseeing version control, ensuring proper documentation, and archiving outdated content.
- Respond to and iterate on feedback from QA, Creative, and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) teams to refine content and meet all compliance requirements.
- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the content production process.Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Producer, Content developer, or similar role within a digital content environment.
- Hands on experience with Content Management Systems and authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of content governance, version control, and archiving practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make necessary content adjustments.
