In this role you will develop, plan and lead all Marketing Communications strategies for the Inclusive Collection properties in Europe.
This role is fully responsible for the annual marketing plans, financial performance and results committed to achieve company objectives.The Regional Vice President, Marketing - EMEA will build and develop a well-versed and talented marketing team, while working closely and adhering to the global corporate marketing standards and guidelines.
A successful Regional Vice President, Marketing - EMEA will:Develop, implement, and manage the marketing and communications plan based on market research/data to reach each of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection - EMEA target markets and audiences across multiple channels.Establish goals and outline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.Manage all aspects of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection - EMEA brands to ensure cohesive, effective and consistent messaging across destinations, brands and properties in line with global corporate brand standards and guidelines.Strategize, direct, and manage relationships with all contracted marketing and public relations agencies and the respective products produced and distributed on behalf of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection - EMEA.Develop, monitor, and maintain the Inclusive Collection - EMEA Marketing Communications annual budget.Approve expenditures within the department and prepare and implement budget adjustments in conjunction with the SVP Global Marketing Communications and the Director of Finance as necessary.Serve as official spokesperson for Hyatt Inclusive Collection - EMEA at the request or absence of the SVP Global Marketing Communications.Work with communications team to plan, develop, execute, and manage content strategy plan and all digital, video, broadcast, print and collateral content.Implement and monitor new programs, goals, and standards of assigned staff to ensure efficient and effective operation.Respond and resolve sensitive and controversial departmental and related supervisory staff issues, inquiries, and complaints in order to compile reports for the commercial leadership, CEO, and hotel owners relative to key issues and actions taken toward resolution.Work with management and staff to ensure consistent marketing, communication messaging and brand integrity as needed via presentations, proposals, videos, commercials, digital advertising, events, programs, etc.Work with senior leadership staff to ensure successful implementation and management of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection - EMEA overall strategic plans and goals.
