Learn more at www.Circana.Com.What will you be doing?You will support the Financial Management in providing analysis and explanations regarding deviations against the annual budget, monthly accounting closings, in the quarterly estimation processes, in the realization of the annual budget and in treasury and tax management.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the financial closing monthly in coordination with other finance teams.Analyze financial indicators for the company with full PL responsibility.Lead the financial reporting to the management team and other areas of the organization.Review achievement results comparing Actuals vs Budgets.Compliance with contract clauses.Monthly review of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, including variance analysis.Support the risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance.Support business teams with giving them visibility and understanding of the financial information.Collaborate and supervise with the external Shared Services teams.Improve management control systems to ensure the proper control of the businesses and automate manual work.Ad hoc tasks.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant.Experience of at least 5 years in financial planning and analysis (FPA) or audit positions.Essential knowledge of PGC regulations.Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial systems.Knowledge of Netsuite is a must.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.Thrives in dynamic environments.
