Able to partner and even coach other colleagues.Problem solver.Good communication skills.Able to work and lead projects within your own area of expertise.The Transport Planner is responsible for ensuring that logistics and customs activities are perfectly organized and optimized in order to serve our customers in a reliable and cost-efficient way, as well as monitoring and optimizing service level and other key metrics such as OTIF, transport costs, and logistics complaints.From this position, you'll have to deal with several different stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and clients, both internal and external to the company. This sets a complex landscape with several delivery points and requirements on lead time/service levels that you'll need to adapt to and manage.The Transport Planner is also the SAP Superuser for ECC/TM and acts as the first line of support for the end-user organization regarding the use, maintenance, and improvement of standard processes.
