To support our continuous growth and expansion, we need to strengthen our team with a CRO & Digital Analyst.
This position will be based in Madrid, reporting to the Group Brand and Website Director.
The role: In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of Sector Alarm's online presence by analyzing our website's acquisition funnel and recommending solutions to increase site traffic and conversion rates.
Your expertise will help enhance our online visibility, attract qualified traffic, and create personalized experiences for our visitors, leading to increased lead generation.
You will collaborate closely with marketing teams across various domains, including brand, content, lead acquisition, SEO, website, and data, to ensure that our lead acquisition and website strategies are effective and aligned with the growth objectives of each market.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive KPI framework to accurately measure website performance.Monitor and analyze key website KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and search rankings.Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Crazy Egg, Hotjar, and VWO to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data.Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and define A/B testing strategies in collaboration with different markets.Work with the SEO Group Agency, content, and design teams to propose and implement CRO initiatives.Assess the effectiveness of CRO initiatives based on KPI analysis.Coordinate with the UX designer and website project manager to implement required UX or technical features to launch new tests.Assist local teams in all 8 markets with the implementation of those tests.Interpret and analyze test results, ensuring statistical significance, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.Create ad-hoc reporting and analysis in collaboration with different areas of the marketing team depending on business needs.Support on digital costs and forecast maintenance.We are looking for someone with:
A bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.3-5 years of relevant experience in the digital field, with a strong focus on digital analytics and CRO.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.Extensive experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tag management systems (preferably Google Tag Manager), and data layer implementation.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Fluency in English.A work permit within the EU.Why join us?
