We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed by employees of around 30 different nationalities.We are looking for a Payroll Project Specialist based in Barcelona.The incumbent will manage a wide variety of technical projects across the Payroll Services department. The project range will cover payroll related system implementations for new country integrations or new acquisitions; the same as payroll system/process improvements for already implemented countries.The incumbent will be responsible for the ADP/local payroll systems implementations as well as migrations to new enhanced solutions that are required within the assigned regions (EMEAI, APAC, NA and LATAM). Responsibilities also include supporting payroll and time interfaces with other Air Products downstream systems and external vendors. The incumbent could be also responsible for analyzing and assessing gaps between required and current system performance, plan solutions to manage the root causes, minimize the identified gaps and improve payroll processing.As Payroll Project Specialist, you will:Support projects in acquisitions and divestitures impacting payroll data and processes, working collaboratively with other corporate and country level teams.Work with process execution teams to fully document, measure and improve processes.Overall accountability for clarifying, developing, evaluating, and documenting individual project plans.Be responsible for project team involvement, communication, and alignment with the project objectives.Have the ability to plan and execute large implementations or complex projects with an extensive impact in payroll including training and communication plans.Communicate and negotiate with the system providers on an operational level.Have the ability to manage conflict within the team as well as with stakeholder groups.Have the ability to communicate effectively with senior level managers, as well as the technical team.You will have:Minimum 3+ year experience in payroll processing.Knowledge of different system integrations: PECI, WECI, G2.Knowledge of Workday, SAP HR, ADP payroll and time systems.Project Management experience.Building Client and Internal Customer Relationships.Experience using Excel.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.Initiative.Professional Confidence.Impact and Influence.Willing to Take Ownership.Leading Skills.Teamwork and Cooperation.Change Management.What we offer and what you get in return:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a culture of respect, challenge, and innovation - with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
