What you ll do:
Operational and business management of the Brokerage department in Spain reporting to Iberia Freight Manager.
Leading a team of 8-10 people.
Developing our brokerage business in Spain.
Supporting our sales force (including customer visits).
Continuous follow-up on customs regulation and processes.
Optimizing existing and new internal processes.
Compliance with local regulation (Custom Broker License is recommended).
Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders including local and foreign customers, Customs Authorities, and relevant people and functions within the organization.

What you ll need:
Extensive knowledge and experience in Brokerage regulation, process, and procedures.
Leadership and collaboration skills, resilient team-player.
Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and work under pressure.
Goal-oriented, with ability to work under minimal supervision.
Quality and efficiency driven, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized.
Customer centric attitude.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft systems and tools.
