What would your day to day be like?
Prepare customs clearance in TARIC (import, export and transit)
Request and review the necessary documentation (customs and for customs officers)
Prepare, coordinate and attend inspections (customs and for customs officers)
Attend and manage incidents related to customs, in collaboration with other departments of the company (air and maritime).
Manage and control the billing of customs concepts and services
Advise clients (importers and exporters) on customs matters

What do we expect from you?
Essential Qualification: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Higher Level Training Cycle. (Valuable training in Foreign Trade).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in customs (in a freight forwarder or customs agency)
Medium/high level of English is essential
Good communication skills
Knowledge of office automation
Experience in TARIC will be valued
Experience in Cargowise CW1 will be valued
Knowledge of Foreign Trade and Incoterms
Capacity for teamwork
Attention to detail, proactivity and autonomy
Ability to work under pressure establishing priorities
Problem solving and ability to work autonomously
Sense of responsibility and integrity
Title of Customs Representative will be valued
