This role is addressed to university students interested in a 600 hours internship in our Broadcast Presentation Scheduling department. The Scheduling team prepares the daily broadcast playlists for the channels Calle 13, Syfy España, Syfy Portugal and Diva Balkans. For this, you will need to work in close collaboration with other departments, in particular Programming, Ad Sales, Creative and Marketing. Responsibilities: Prepare broadcast playlists including all secondary elements scheduled for each day (bugs, banners, menus etc.) and respecting the specific break structure for each channel. Schedule commercial advertising (if this is available) and promotions in the playlists, following the specific media planning guidelines for each channel. Send the completed playlists to our broadcast facility. Send daily listings updates to the platforms. Update the playlists, if required, following last minute changes, especially for commercials. Update the database with new graphics information. Mandatory Requirements: A University student in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree course. To get an agreement with the University.
