What you will do in this role Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.
Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
Follow all the processes and procedures of the project.

Have experience in Customer Service.
Have an exceptionally polite manner - you'll be speaking to people all day from a variety of backgrounds so you need to be articulate, clear, and patient.
Are highly IT literate - you'll be working with a range of internal and external software packages we use for our communications.
Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.
Have the ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution.
It will be a plus if you: Are a cycling enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of the sport and its unique insurance needs.
Know your way around the mechanics of a bicycle.
