Job Description
About Enterprise Capabilities: Enterprise Capabilities is a service-led organization within AECOM enabling access to a global talent pool.
With offices in India, China, Spain, Poland, Romania, the Philippines, and South Africa, our teams of technical professionals provide around the clock project support helping AECOM teams around the world to deliver faster, smarter and better.

We are currently recruiting a Junior Engineer with experience in bridges and/or structures design, to join our busy and expanding experienced team.
The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Projects, either as standalone bridge commissions or as part of multidisciplinary major projects.
Our internal clients work for private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors.
Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East.
You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team for the Europe Global Delivery Center (Poland/Spain).
The responsibilities of this role include: Work is accomplished autonomously on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC within established procedures and practices related to bridges and structures.Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.Performs structural engineering work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.Performs a self-check of work products prior to submitting to others and participates in quality control reviews of documentation originated by equally or less experienced staff.Prepares project deliverables that are reviewed by senior team members.Provides guidance to entry level engineers. Minimum Requirements: Experience working on bridges and/or structures designs (+2 years).Experience with some of the main international regulations and standards (i.e.
AASTHO; AREMA, Australian Codes; British Standards, etc.
).Skilled in engineering calculation software for bridge and structures (preferable Midas Civil, but others as CSiBridge, SAP2000, etc.
are well considered).Experience working in the North America region will be considered favorably.Fluent in English (oral and written). Qualifications:
