Functions and Responsibilities: Fluid communication and collaboration with the design team to develop bridal collections.
Daily follow-up of the development process from creation to final product commercialization worldwide, adhering to a strict collection calendar.
Creation of highly detailed tech packs.
Constant communication with vendors to achieve the desired concept, quality, and costing for our products, including costing negotiation.
Ability to solve daily technical questions and agility to react to unexpected situations affecting deadlines and milestones.
Team player, interacting with other departments as part of the process.
Fitting, discussing, and evaluating styles with a keen sense of fashion, fabrics, and technical know-how of the industry.
Proficiency in IT tools such as PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Three years of previous experience in a similar position.
Background in design, pattern making, or technical aspects of the fashion and textile industry.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Additional languages such as Italian are also considered a plus.
Correct and professional use of mentioned IT tools.
Strong interpersonal skills: assertiveness, flexibility, ability to generate a positive work atmosphere, creativity, passion for our collections, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly in China, with constant communication regarding product development comments and price negotiation.
Experience in managing open cost sheets and working towards target cost goals.
Skills: Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
Communication skills to interact with vendors, other departments, and within our Product Development division.
Design and technical knowledge are valued, along with a flair for the product.
Negotiation ability in an international business environment.
Positive, motivated, and dynamic attitude.
Proactive team player, essential in this department.
Responsibility and agility to oversee the complete follow-up of the brand for every collection.
