Functions and Responsibilities:Fluid communication and collaboration with the design team to develop bridal collections.Daily follow-up of the development process from creation to final product commercialization worldwide, adhering to a strict collection calendar.Creation of highly detailed tech packs.Constant communication with vendors to achieve the desired concept, quality, and costing for our products, including costing negotiation.Ability to solve daily technical questions and agility to react to unexpected situations affecting deadlines and milestones.Team player, interacting with other departments as part of the process.Fitting, discussing, and evaluating styles with a keen sense of fashion, fabrics, and technical know-how of the industry.Proficiency in IT tools such as PowerPoint and Excel is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.Three years of previous experience in a similar position.Background in design, pattern making, or technical aspects of the fashion and textile industry.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
