Breeam Assessor Remote work Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated BREEAM Assessor to join our Belfast team on a permanent basis.
This is a remote position ideally suited for a Sustainability Professional with prior working experience in BREEAM.
The successful candidate will support our growing portfolio of project appointments and assist in delivering various BREEAM Assessments.
The role requires someone who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall sustainability objectives of our projects.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct and support the BREEAM Assessment process, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.
Track, compile, and report on required sustainability evidence data.
Attend, contribute to, and host sustainability meetings, primarily conducted via Teams.
Assist the Associate Director and Director in various sustainability initiatives.
Perform on-site visits when necessary to assess and ensure adherence to sustainability standards.
Adapt to various tasks in a dynamic office environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
Any additional duties as required to support project success and office operations.
Key Competencies: Prior professional work experience with BREEAM Assessments is highly preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Adobe.
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
Strong initiative and methodical work approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
