Branded Video Creative Associate - (Temporary position for 6 months)
Overview/Purpose: Condé Nast Entertainment's global digital video teams create premium video content showcasing Condé Nast's iconic global brands. Delivering on average over 1 billion video views per month, the team currently produces 4,000+ digital videos per year in all genres including non-scripted, documentary, how-to, comedy, animation, scripted, branded, virtual reality and (live) event programming.
We are looking for a Branded Video Creative Associate, CNE, to drive the continued growth of Condé Nast Entertainment's leading digital video and audio business, a primary function in our evolution into a 21st century world class entertainment company. As Branded Video Creative Associate you will develop, pilot and help conceive and produce brand-partnered entertainment series and bespoke films across our iconic titles in Spain - Vanity Fair, Vogue, GQ, AD, Traveller and Glamour. The role requires fluent spoken and written Spanish and very good spoken/written English. Experience working with brands, particularly in the fashion and luxury goods categories, is a must.
The purpose of this role is to build the branded entertainment business in Spain by creating videos and series that deliver excellent results for our brand partners, perform brilliantly with our target audience and enhance the authority and reputation of our editorial brands, and are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
Primary ResponsibilitiesGenerate ideas with partnership potential for preexisting series, as well as new pilots / series across all digital platformsParticipate in brainstorming sessionsCreate scripts and moodboards for new digital videos, with the right tone of voiceReview and approve cuts for publicationCollaborate continuously with CNCC and editorial teams to engage existing fans and appeal to new viewers and advertisersWork closely with CNE production team and play an active part both in pre and post production moments, set days includedDesired Skills and Qualifications3+ years experience in the digital video landscape as a director/copywriter in creative agencies/studiosEstablished creative sensibility with an excellent track record of creating concepts and producing contentsObsessed with highest standard visual treatments and able to identify the best directors based on visual mood and tone of voiceKnowledge of internet culture and digital video landscape (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Snap, et al), the unique elements of each video platform and what makes particular videos successful on those platformsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage heavy workload, prioritise appropriately and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) with an emotionally intelligent communication styleFamiliarity with the brands and businesses of Condé NastWhat happens next? - Condé Nast is an equal opportunity employer.
