For our Customer & Marketing team, we are looking for a Brand Senior Expert to shape and execute our brand strategy, enhancing our market presence and driving brand awareness through high-quality content. As our Brand Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing a cohesive and compelling brand identity.

What are you going to do in Allianz?Land the Brand Strategy for Allianz in the Spanish Market. From the global purpose and brand principles to the value proposition in the Spanish market and tone of voice.Ensure that the unique value proposition of the brand is communicated correctly.Work closely with creative teams to ensure the visual and messaging elements align with the brand strategy.Implement a consistent visual and verbal identity in the Spanish market across all touchpoints and connecting with our audiences (clients, potential customers, employees, agents, and brokers).Coordinate the implementation of the identity in all Points of Sales together with different suppliers.Develop a Brand Guardian to assure that the guidelines are perfectly known by all stakeholders in the Spanish market and implemented in all the communications and in our more than 2.6K agencies (Points of Sales).Identify opportunities and risks for our brand, and act accordingly.Analyze market trends and track Brand KPIs through the tools we already have.Be the link with different areas within Allianz, including other Customer & Marketing colleagues, Sales and Product, ensuring that the brand is well implemented.Give support to the company when developing any brand material.What does Allianz need from you?Previous experience in similar positions (minimum 5 years).Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, or similar.Be part of a high-performing brand team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
